Rönölä’s customer and marketing register

The purpose of processing personal data is primarily to communicate with customers. The information in the register is also used for sales and marketing, service production and development, and website user analysis.

The web site ronola.fi uses cookies to improve the user experience.

The register contains the registered name and contact information, such as telephone number, email address and address. Organizations in the register also have the business ID number and a branch in the register. In addition to this information, the register contains information about the services and products ordered by the customer, their delivery, invoicing and payments.

The information in the register originates from the registrant himself through contact or a customer campaign, as well as through booking or ordering activity events. Organizations’ information is checked from the ytj information service. Information collected in the register will not be disclosed outside of Rönölä Ky for marketing, sales, opinion or market research purposes. Personal data can be disclosed to the authorities in accordance with Finnish laws upon request. The data in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

The register is stored on secure servers. Access to all registry files is protected with the main user’s password. The registered person has the right to request to see, check, correct or delete all information concerning her/him from the register.

The exception to this is the vouchers containing personal data in the company’s accounting, which can only be deleted when they have been stored in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act.
